Planting with wisteria softens the visual effect of the square and provides acoustic insulation. Behind the arbour, the buildings provide functional support for areas that can be used for activities of various kinds.

In its radial overall concepts, the quadratic path gridding emphasizes its independence and, like the overall design, can be seen as a measure to continue traditional design elements of municipal garden and square without touching the existing trees. >
